The apartment complex I live in is notoriously bad at plowing. But the worst thing us the do nothing for the parking spots. So all the snow just compacts and turns into shitty ice and makes me almost fall flat on my ass every morning. Fuck the ice.

Nope, they sent an email saying, it would be a lot of work to plow or do something with the snow round the parking spots, so were not gonna do anything. If you want it shoveled, do it yourself.

Agreed, fuck ice. Small incline that I had to reverse out of at home and the Crossfire wasn't having it.

Even if the ice damages his car he could sue and get the same results. If I were him and I got injured or damaged my car from that I would sue for whatever money I paid in medical bills and/or repair bills plus 1 dollar pain and suffering just to teach them a lesson to get them to clean up the ice

1 million dollars. Because you can't sue and still live there so you gotta get all the money you can so you can get a new place and anything else that tickles your fancy. These properties are insured for liability in these sorts of situations so take them for what they're worth.
